N.J. man already guilty of fraud, admits to more charges

A New Jersey man has pleaded guilty to more charges after already admitting he bilked nearly $2 million from elderly residents.
According to NJ.com, Jeffrey Southard, 44, pleaded guilty to the additional charges of mail fraud and filing a false tax return in connection with the charges already against him.
